Who we are

What data we collect

• Audit request: name, email, phone, job title, company name, KvK number, company address, website, industry, company size, your description of tasks, preferred date and format.
• Account: email address and an encrypted password, plus the orders and audit requests linked to your email.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Why we use it

• To respond to your audit request and schedule the audit (consent, and steps taken at your request before an agreement).
• To deliver our services and show your orders in your account (performance of an agreement).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and login.
• Vercel: website hosting.

These providers act as processors on our behalf. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Audit requests that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 12 months. Data about customers is kept for the duration of the agreement and for as long as the law requires (for example, 7 years for financial records).

Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights
